How to Set Up

Configure Email Forwarding

In your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.), set up a forwarding rule to send support emails to the address above.

Automatic Ticket Creation

When emails are received at this address, tickets will be automatically created with the sender as the customer.

Reply from Dashboard

Respond to tickets directly from your dashboard. Replies will be sent from your agency's email address.
